| Information | WHAT: Embark on a transformational journey that will re-align all aspects of Your Being Mind, Body & Spirit. Welcome to this 3-hour chakra celebration event. Do you love dancing, moving your body, explore your chakras, go beyond your comfort-zone in a safe and respectful space? Then this chakra-event is for you. We will dive into the world of the 7 chakras, focusing on the basic rights, embodying each chakra to charge your chakra energy and meditation will be our container during the event. Yes, 3 hours dancing in a playful and creative way through the whole rainbow-bridge, from the red root chakra up to the violett crown chakra. Make sure to bring your waterbottle and if you feel like you can bring cloth to dress upp according to the chakra-colors during the dance.
