|Information||6 WEEK PRENATAL YOGA COURSE with TRISHUL LITTLER Open to those 8-42 weeks pregnant. Prenatal yoga creates space, stability, strength and empowerment for the birth. Prenatal yoga helps to keep the body supple without straining, boosts energy, helps relieve stress and anxiety, promotes relaxation and restful sleep. We prepare for the birth with breathing for all stages of labor and techniques for pain relief. Guided meditations and visualizations can help expectant mothers to bond with the unborn baby. The group supports each other and there is always space for questions and sharings. Trishul is a yoga teacher and a certified yoga therapist. She has training in both pre- and post-natal yoga.
