|Information||6 WEEKS MAMA+BABY YOGA COURSE with TRISHUL LITTLER Mama+baby yoga focuses on building and strenghtening the muscles after pregnancy and giving birth. We'll work with kegel exercises and gentle practices to regain power and energy, combined with relaxation. We'll focus on movements to strengthen the back, neck and shoulders. From carrying newborns, breastfeeding and/or having recently been pregnant, we'll work to prevent pain in these areas, where it's very common for moms to hold such tension. Trishul is a yoga teacher and a certified yoga therapist. She has training in both pre- and post-natal yoga. She is wisdom in a small package, and a lover of bright clothing.
