|Information||WHAT : The Warrior returns for a brand-new ladder flow workshop that will challenge mind & body. Join Michael James Wong as we challenge our intentions and focused attention. This class will explore the practice through controlled motion as we explore the boundaries and edges of our practice. In this ladder flow workshop we will look at our ability to retain an internal focus on our movements through a repeated asana sequence that will get longer and longer, like the steps of a ladder. The aim of the workshop is to shift us away from the thinking mind and bring us into a place of feeling and flowing, like a meditation in motion. Trust the process of the practice. This unique style of practice will push you outside our comfort zone to retain multiple sets of sequences learned in a short time, igniting your focus into the breath and body.
